I am unsure if there is a setting in the web view, but there are apps that have this option.
Mlem also has a mark read on scroll option.
Summit has an option to hide posts that you scroll by, I didn't know that.
Yes, there is also a "hide read posts option" in web view.
Also if hiding manually is too slow, a simple Ublock Origin filter for hiding liked/disliked posts helps too, though that'd be bound to leave empty spots in the feed.
