If only they wouldn't become unmanageably large at current bigger sizes. And you can slim down with projection, but why use CRT at that point. I never though I would appreciate making my screen 'worse', but for a lot of games on the RetroPi, having the appropriate (CRT) filter makes it much closer to how it would have looked back in the day.

you can make "CRT"s by basically just swapping the cathode ray for a laser!
