There were probably plenty of people working there that knew there would be issues on consoles...
Was just lucky it got removed from the stores as a result, thus effectively to delaying the console releases without needing approval from executives... 😅
That's just the sort of thing that happens when there's financial pressure and a need to meet holiday market timing...
