I pulled it out of my ass.
However I remember a video where someone tested phone batteries and came to the conclusion that you get about 100 days more usage out of the battery when using slow charging and only to 80% in comparison to fast charging and 100%.
While the batteries themselves are good for several years.
Also they stopped at about 60-70% capacity because after that you usually want a new battery.
If I find the video I link it here. Probably most numbers I said are wrong. My memory is just that it doesn't matter whether you care for your phone battery or not.
Mostly because the software already handles the shit.
