How is it not specific enough and what is this current environment?
Every time I hear someone refer to a woman as a female that person is invariably some kind of incel loser.
I know everyone's sick of me saying it but that dude is probably a low-key transphobe.

Most incels are. They hate women and trans women are women.
Bingo. Transphobia allows them to exert misogyny on an "acceptable" target while also policing femininity in a broader sense.
