All of those companies are trying to fuck us over. Purchasing from any of them right now is expressing consent.
If you want things to change show some self control or go to piracy if you really can't.
The only company (with two exceptions) that I actually paid for games is GOG. Exactly because they don't include DRM and also provide offline version of their games.
I used to game a lot & had to quit due to the expense. But was a long-time PC gamer. (Gen X, started when I was 10 and we got our first PC.) It’s definitely possible to quit, but most won’t do so unless age or economic constraints force them to.
Speaking of economic constraints, we might soon see ourselves not being able to afford it. Not just because of the AI data centers but also geopolitical changes that are happening now.
