Inside sources in the GOP are seriously peeved that President Donald Trump and his family can't stop concentrating on enriching themselves long enough to get Republicans through the November midterms.

Trump and Republicans are at risk in the upcoming midterm elections, due in no small part to regret from his own supporters, and even many Republicans who continue supporting him feel as if they are "walking the plank" on his behalf. Yet according to a recent report, Trump continues to focus on money-making projects instead of shoring up support from American voters — a fact that is worrying many of his fellow Republican politicians.

This might be a good time to remind you all that a significant part of this wealth has been accumulated in the past two years. In fact, when NYS was going after his companies, and those big financial judgements came in, it was assumed he didn't have that much liquid cash on hand, and would have to liquidate some of his properties to pay it off.

But then not only did the judgement get reduced, and he got reelected, but he also found crypto. He stated his Trump coin only a few days before inauguration, and has made bank on it.

All this wealth is due primarily to fleecing his supporters into buying his meme coin.

Also a good time to remember that wealth inequality in the US continues to grow and has grown over the past few decades. Well, closer to a century than not, so y'know, this is a huge issue.

You want to know one little measure of it? The new Grand Tour released with three new presenters. They did their first episode in the US looking at three US cars. The Mustang and the Corvette - but versions that qualify as supercars. Then one more US-made car that qualifies as a hypercar. Why are these being made? Because increasingly the US has people rich enough to buy them in enough quantity that the car manufacturers want that profit.

Our country is broken. We need to solve the issue of oligarchs in the US. They are already eating cake while we die in the streets and quietly in our homes.

I don't think "found crypto" describes what you really mean, that he found a way to accept bribes and to use the bribe money to scam poor people.

All you have to do is release a new crypto coin, and have people bribe you with well-timed bribes to keep the price looking like it's going up. The people giving you bribes know it's just manipulation and that they'll lose everything, but to all of the normal MAGA investors with room temperature IQs, they see a good investment.

That way, you get to double dip on the bribe money. When the bribes slow down, the price will go down and those people you grifted will lose everything.
