Mildly Interesting

This is for strictly mildly interesting material. If it's too interesting, it doesn't belong. If it's not interesting, it doesn't belong.

This is obviously an objective criteria, so the mods are always right. Or maybe mildly right? Ahh.. what do we know?

Just post some stuff and don't spam.

Not if you look outside from within the building.

.. They're symmetrical, they look the same from both directions.

But 4 and 6 are read edge-in, and the others are read middle-out. The mirroring is inconsistent.

Yes, but looking at them from the inside wouldn't change that.

No, each pair looks the same whether you’re viewing them while standing inside or out on the street.

To read the numbers so that they are correctly oriented, you’d read from the middle of a given pair outward for 1, 2, 3, and 5. But to read 4 and 6, you’d read from the edge inwards.

Or (viewing from outside or inside) the second number in the pair is not reversed for 1, 2, 3, and 5. The first number is not reversed for 4 and 6.

I'm perfectly aware of all of this, this has nothing to do with my comment.

Damn, you’re right. I misread what you wrote. I thought you were asking if it would be different from the inside. But that’s clearly not what you wrote.

No worries! I appreciate the acknowledgement :)

Ah yes you're right. I was thinking about the numbers individually.

Oh, very interesting point. Either way some of them are backwards which is a shame for a cool design idea like this

Yeah cool design nevertheless. Found some pictures from within, they picked one of the 'wrong' floors for those shots, hehe: https://www.sosbrutalism.org/cms/18741632
