I guess if pressed I would say it's fine when talking about Elon & not fine when talking about Grimes or whomever (barring the person in question having weirdly unnecessary public disclosures)

It is gross and dehumanizing but I'm also pretty sure with the way this is being spoken of by the people involved an actual breeding kink is involved.
