Hurling ordure at the TREACLES, especially those closely related to LessWrong.

AI-Industrial-Complex grift is fine as long as it sufficiently relates to the AI doom from the TREACLES. (Though TechTakes may be more suitable.)

This is sneer club, not debate club. Unless it's amusing debate.

This sub is also a sort of continuation of reddits r/sneerclub, you could try looking at that (it no longer accepts new posts however). But, sneerclub always was slightly hostile to people going 'what is this about' (also due to at times people going 'what are you about' while actually meaning 'I want to debate yall, the Rationalists (a subculture, not all people who just try to be more rational) arn't that bad').

the habit of stumbling into a thread and immediately demanding it explain itself, even when the explanation is in the sidebar, linked article, or first search hit for the title, really is a redditism that shouldn’t survive reddit
