I wouldn’t say that, Harper stopped him a few times for being too extreme
Like when he wanted to change rules around how much money parties were allowed to spend on robot phone calls as well as limit the powers of Elections Canada to oversee fairness in elections
No, there’s a difference between him being an MP under Harper and being a PM
