Agreed. I've known these people too and I'm unfortunately related to some of them.
But for that particular person you replied to, that can't possibly be because "LE STEAK IS LE DELICIOUS" and anything you say contrary to that is "EMBARRASSING" and you're "TOO ONLINE" if you disagree with them.
