I’m just curious if it’s because there was a particular app or a workflow that motivated you to get a MacBook? Or just the Apple ecosystem?

Because of the battery life with silicon. My windows laptop from HP advertises 13-15 hours of battery life. I have no clue how that is even possible when I’m consistently only getting 3-4 hours doing email, reviewing documents and internet browsing. In my M1 MacBook Air, I get 16-18 hours easy and at times don’t charge it for 2 weeks. And it’s a lot faster than windows also.
