vo2 max on the Apple Watch is limited to outdoor walk and outdoor run workouts. if you aren’t pushing yourself on those, it won’t change. I row, kickbox, and lift weights, so I don’t get any meaningful vo2 calculations.
I got a new VO2 max reading after doing a control breath swimming workout. Also I did a 8km walk yesterday but no updated reading. How come we are experiencing opposite things?
