vo2 max on the Apple Watch is limited to outdoor walk and outdoor run workouts. if you aren’t pushing yourself on those, it won’t change. I row, kickbox, and lift weights, so I don’t get any meaningful vo2 calculations.

The ultra finally gives us enough battery life to leave without our phones for the day, but it’s so limited. It just doesn’t work well enough unless all you need are texts and weather.
I always get strings of complaints about call quality. I thought getting a new watch + APP2s would fix some issues I was having before (with my old S5+APP1), but people still tell me I sound like shit. Lots of cutting out and interference.
