I’m just curious if it’s because there was a particular app or a workflow that motivated you to get a MacBook? Or just the Apple ecosystem?

Final Cut Pro as well as the ability to use Photoshop and Lightroom while traveling. Just a great form factor that is reasonably small, reasonably powerful, and has excellent battery life. The Intel MBPs were decent, but the MBP 14” is like someone designed the perfect device for my needs.
