Yo what the fuck … how much free time do you have at hand every day 😅

I hardly ever have deep sleep. Like minute amounts compared to the whole sleep.

yeah, I have free time on the weekends. I don’t always sleep this much but I do feel tired after.

If you feel tired after, you are sleeping too much (generally speaking)
