What are some things the coaching staff could do to try to improve themselves? Or there’s no redemption at this point? (alien.top)

Just note that I hate this coaching staff and I’m really hoping they are gone by the end of the season. I’m wondering what y’all think they can do to get the Bears back on track?

I honestly think we take the staff for granted sometimes. Through so much adversity this year, they’ve kept the locker room tight, helped a rookie QB succeed somewhat, and we’ve seen development in our defensive unit. Not trying to defend them, just want to put some light on the positive things we’ve seen so far this year.

100% agree. Still, for Eberflus to keep his job, I think the Bears would have to make the playoffs.
