Scenario 1: Eberflus is retained as HC but fires entire O-Staff, meaning he needs to bring in a new OC and DC. Who you bringing in for both positions?

Scenario 2: Eberflus and the entire coaching staff is fired. Who are you bringing in as HC, OC, and DC?

We're in the back half of the regular season. Should be starting to get a decent idea of who might be available and who might be desirable. Curious who people would take in either scenario. I'm not savvy to who might be available to offer up my choices.

I like the idea of either Ben Johnson or Jim Harbaugh as HC. But my top pick is honestly Shane Waldron. His network is pretty insane when you look at it and I believe he played a pretty big role in the whole Geno development.

Honestly haven’t looked enough into availability of coordinators to give any type of opinion. Although definitely important, we’ve gotta start from the top and work our way down. I just want someone competent at the reins.

Why do you like Waldron? I get so frustrated watching that offense run up the middle on 2nd and Long for 1 yard every drive.

McVay coaching tree and the Geno development is what I really like. The Bears have proven time and time again that our qb development is one of the worst in the league. We need someone who has proven they can potentially fix that problem.

Are we sure Geno's development is that great? It kind of feels like he had one year of great success, but it hasn't sustained. His year is much worse in every way you can look at it.

Almost every qb is having a down year compared to last year. The game is starting to shift back towards the defensive side of the ball and it’s showing throughout a majority of qb play this year. Not going to say Geno has had a great year, but it doesn’t seem like many qbs are having a great year.

A rookie for the Texans is having a great year. We don’t need some experimental Seattle shit. We need a proven coach
