Either he is in charge and makes the decisions to hire and fire or he isn’t!

It’s really that simple, he’s responsible for this mess and if he thinks this coaching staff should continue, then he is not fit for this job or was hardly ever in charge to begin with.

Wasn't Poles handed a list of three candidates that had already interviewed with management when he was hired?

Yeah, I'm not upset with Poles with this shit show. He's managed the recovery of the salary cap situation his predecessor left. It's painful, but so is a bankruptcy, yet we acknowledge that sometimes you have to go through it to get back to being a working organization.

The last thing I want is the McCaskeys interviewing new candidates. It's more likely Poles will find someone worth hiring than they are.
