Justin fields is getting better in spite of the coaching. Imho getting rid of him would be a huge mistake.

3 seasons for 5k yards and 36 TDs, aka what Josh Allen does in 1. You want to keep that? lol

I do. I’ve seen enough flashes of brilliance to sway me. He needs a good OC that focuses on his strengths. And he has one hell of a deep ball, I’d wait. People forget how bad some hall of fame QBs started, like Bradshaw, Elway etc. I am a fan of Justin.
