I look around the team and we don't have too many glaring weaknesses. Our coaching is that garbage.

I 100% agree with OP. You can't sit here and say that if he had a top coach in the league we don't win AT LEAST Denver and Detroit. I'm not saying we're SB caliber, but 100% should be .500
