I look around the team and we don't have too many glaring weaknesses. Our coaching is that garbage.

Yes it is coaching 100%..they coaching to develop. It's a 3 year plan. Players gotta develop and execute isn't a crock of shit. Coaching put them in positions to succeed and they didn't execute when they had the chance.

Reading this, 3-8 is entirely on the players’ poor execution during games and not poor system/game planning and coaching.
