I look around the team and we don't have too many glaring weaknesses. Our coaching is that garbage.

Or this fanbase vastly vastly over exaggerates our players talent. Which considering historically we do every year I'm gonna say it's the same answer as every time we go through this cycle. It's all of them...they all suck. It's not just coaching alone.

Also if you look at this team and think we don't have too many glaring weaknesses then you're part of the problem.
