How many of you guys wear your AW 24/7? I’ve been only wearing it as a watch. Not really even working out in it since I have Whoop but I’m interested in utilizing more of the features such as HRV, V2O, etc. but I feel like I will have to wear it 24/7. I usually only wear my AW only during work.

I wear an Apple Watch at all times, an Apple Watch Series 7 during the day for almost all, and an Apple Watch Series 4 at night for Sleep tracking.
