Interested to know what everyone does when they have a formal date or wedding etc. do you wear your Apple Watch as is? Switch a band out? Go watch less? Switch to a nicer watch (Swiss, seiko) etc.

Mechanical watch for formal. But I also switch bands on Apple Watch from time to time just for kicks
