The person who wrote this never spoke or hanged out with pro-Palestinian people like ever lmao, that person just imagined a scenario and decided to make it reality.
Yes yes we know Egypt has a border with Gaza and that border has a huge fence and they're not allowed to cross it. But are they also aware that Egypt is nothing but another US vassal? That Egypt is being ruled by a comprador regime that is friendly to "Israel"? Destroy what links the Egyptian regime with the US and "Israel" and you will see that blockade end in a second.
Not sure where that person is trying to go, countries like Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the Gulf States get a lot of shit for either directly supporting the genocide or not doing anything about it (Oil embargo? Hello?) Perhaps this person is actually a pan-arabist who's incredibly mad because an Arab nation is not doing internationalism to help their brothers in need, but I don't think this is the case...
