all this for being banned for a week for saying "shooting nazis makes you the same as the nazis"
this is so out of place and context (idrc about it) but how is a ban justified for a single opinion comment like that lmao

update: I decided AutomatedPossum was right, ban is now permanent
I'm sorry I was too diplomatic in my response to the question. I've been gone a while, I feel like I need to "be civil" everywhere online. It wont happen again.

i have absolutely no insight into what is going through that moderator's head. i don't care to justify their actions on a board that i did not know about until i read that thread. i came to hexbear after r/cth got banned and then went offline for a few years so i don't know all of the lemmy drama lore.
i just think it's really funny that someone is this upset about being temporarily banned from a forum for being a tedious centrist loser.
