"Don't date in the organization" should be at least the first hour of any orgs on-boarding meeting.
This is absolutely correct. Undercover UK police use sex with female org members to get in with the group. Often even having children with them to maintain the pretence.
doesn’t this like not really prevent that though? Couldn’t they just find someone they know is a member of an org and do the same thing, then join the org after (and pretend it was organically done because of their partner?)
They could, but in all the cases that have come to light they always start attending events and meet their victims there.
