That sounds dangerous to mix...
It can be, but usually only in cases where a somewhat highly concentrated vinegar or peroxide solution are used, which is fairly uncommon (I think the peroxide needs to be above 90ish percent?)
For a safer option, you can always just use peroxide, salt, and water
Oh peroxide is like 3% usually, so it should be safe then
