I swear, it'd be nice to see a major player with that language advantage... the only thing is, will it live long? I hope it can use its voice against the U.S and U.K empire...

Out of all the ones she listed the only one used to be Grenada. All the others are imperialist states and comprador states that have quenched revolutionary momentum pretty thoroughly.
