Extremely good. "Better than Frieren" is going to come down to taste, but I'd agree. It's not better than the high points of the first ~6 episodes, but it is better than the rest of the series. Worth noting that the second season has been announced which should probably finish the adaptation, which is soooooooooooo rare these days. Watch it!
