Isn't the concept of a pig driving a hot dog kinda low key horrifying?
In the original Disney Three Little Pigs cartoon, the third pig has paintings of sausages and ham on his wall with labels under them like "uncle" and "grandmother."

You could drive a hot dog or a pickle car....or you could drive a bi-plane car or tank that is attached to a steamroller tractor or a car made out of wood with saws.

for the record, cars with combustion engines can also be any shape
