It's incredibly dystopian that they just played music over them. They were a nuisance, nothing more.
Yeah that hit me more than I thought it would. Right as someone saying “1.9 million people are starving” the band just starts right up. Idk why but physically playing music over it instead of digital music just makes it a lot more unsettling to me
