I do wonder if this "it's history, not religion" angle is going to work in the Calvinball court. I'm guessing they must have some indication it will, or there wouldn't be this coordinated push.

Still, I have a hard time believing that SCOTUS have killed the part of their brains that thinks they'll be held accountable for blatantly christo-fascist decisions yet.
