Honestly we should be glad that it's Dr. Breen who's the administrator of Earth. Everything bad that's happened under Dr. Breen is just a taste of what would've happened and been much worse if Cave Johnson was administrator instead. I get that things are bad right now, but Dr. Breen is trying his best to make things better, the problem is other people.
