I made it 4 days then I ran out of gum and bought a pack :/ but I'm calling the quitline this weekend to refill on the gum or maybe get the patch
It's fucking ridiculous that nicotine cessation products are more expensive than cigarettes.
Does your workplace offer a stop smoking program?
I'm not working atm, but the quitline offers free meds
