screams "Historic Register of Buildings"

With attached gift/tea shop. Their biggest draws are the snowglobes that are part hologram: they start off with the ruined version of a famous building and when you shake them it activates the hologram to bring it to (wintery) life.

Actually rather lovely and all three units are currently rented to long term renters it says. Nothing bad about this.

Except for the big "A. Stoner" part. It's ironic. (The whole reason why I posted it.)

What kind of stoner has $350k?

[–] starlinguk@kbin.social 1 points 2 years ago* (last edited 2 years ago) (4 children)

350k is considered expensive in the US? Oh dear. Love, Europe.

[–] Alto@kbin.social 4 points 2 years ago

Depends on where you are. $350k isn't gonna get you shit in any semi-major city, but it'll get you a whole hell of a lot in the middle of nowhere

[–] Drusas@kbin.social 3 points 2 years ago

Not remotely.

[–] poppy@lemm.ee 2 points 2 years ago

Definitely couldn’t afford it myself, but really not that expensive for the US for that much property. That’s a pretty big house and yard. Especially in any semi-desirable location.

God I wish it was where I'm located.
