The great thing about owning your own domains, and setting up an email catch-all or using aliases.
No need anymore. Duckduckgo has you covered with their email aliases.
moving the period around in an email address allows some sites to see it as a new user, but ignored by the email client.
so new.user@email.com and n.ewuser@email.com can both make accounts, and not even need to make a mask.
this probably works better for some domains than others, but I've had great success with it.
Just use a temp mail service? Depending on the account, of course
need to still be able to get in and cancel the service before the trial ends.
there's probably a lot of better ways to do it, but I only need a free trial for small stuff a few times a year, so I've never looked too far into it

Well, last week I lost 70€ from trying to abuse new user deals on aliexpress and not being able to relogin to cancel some stupid order (somehow it didn't work and I had to pay the full price) and somehow I accidentaly ordered two items. Now I have two shitty watches I don't even like, which I'll have to sell on fb marketplace (probably with a loss). What I learned from this is to never be in a hurry when dealing with money.
