Does anyone else have a list of things that America could do, that if they happen Americans should start to leave the country? (self.asklemmy)

Not trying to stoke fear for Americans. But I think it might be important for people that are vulnerable or at risk to start thinking about when might be a good time to find a safer place to live. Here's my list so far, curious what other people have on their list.

Only one party (maga/Republican) allowed
Public education is abolished
Interracial marriage is abolished
Use of militias to carry out official orders
No more term limits for elected office
No more freedom of the press
No more freedom of expression
Legislation without Congressional involvement
Extrajudicial killings of citizens becomes commonplace
Politicalization of the military
Federally enforced religious practices and teaching
Imprisonment of LGBTQ+ and other groups deemed "enemies within"
