It is quite impressive that Hezbollah has these capabilities. And while Hezbollah precisely target's Israeli forces and bases, Israel indiscriminately targets civilians. Israel is supposed to be the side with the technology advantage, the only democracy in the Middle East and the most moral army in the world.
