8. Misinformation is prohibited.
Misinformation / propaganda is strictly prohibited. Any comment or post containing or linking to misinformation will be removed. If you feel that your post has been removed in error, credible sources must be provided.
9. No link shorteners.
The auto mod will contact you if a link shortener is detected, please delete your post if they are right.
10. Don't copy entire article in your post body
For copyright reasons, you are not allowed to copy an entire article into your post body. This is an instance wide rule, that is strictly enforced in this community.

What a vile woman.
Ya gotta appreciate the guy's perfectly executed Uno Reverse Card when she started winding up to throw her cup of coffee.
Note that she only attempted her physical battery toward the pregnant woman, as it was obvious that the dude could have put her through the floor at any time. She wanted to hurt his pregnant wife. Yeah, thassa hate crime.
Man showed remarkable restraint.
I think the best punishment would be to force her and her family to live in Palestine for a year.
The Palestinians have been through enough
that is not a precedent we want set as jurisprudence in the USA
you are about to have much bigger jurisprudential problems than temporarily exiling people who committed hate crimes

"Can I delay my trial until Jan?"
It's November, no chance she's getting a court date earlier than Jan 6th. They all take months.
December 16th, but probably just to plead.
These are likely state felonies, so she wont be able to avoid consequences. I'm betting her "givegpraysend" or whatever that shit is will pay the bills, though.
Yeah, meaning she won't even have to go on December 16th, a lawyer will show and give the plea not guilty, and they'll set a day for likely February, discuss bs then, and ask if they want to go to a jury trial, prosecutor will have to set another date to summon witnesses and have officer that arrived on the scene. So my guess is a jury trial in May or June
