This is so fucked up. My parents pay for prime and still have to watch ads, but they still use it because the competitors aren't much better.

🦜🏴‍☠️, still not free when considering VPN subscription and self-hosting jellyfin and such, but it has no ads and by far the better selection of content :)

The best decision I've made in the last... Year or so was paying for my piracy. Hopefully the shutdown of a certain french-hosted platform continues to be overstated, but even if not, another will take its place.
