Centre of my city doesn't allow cars anymore and its much better for it.

York! Its such a nice city and having greater bike-ability will help with congestion within the walled section

I'm not even a citizen of the UK, but I'm going to suggest that they rebuild cities with the idea that everybody should be able to daily commute via jetpack.

I filled it out as a non-resident which didn't seem to be discouraged anywhere. I'd encourage everyone else to do so as well as more information is never a bad thing.
