My vision is bad and when I saw the thumbnail I thought it was 4 very mouldy loaves of bread in a larval bath

I've never had eggplant; only opportunity I've had would be buying one and doing something with it myself and I don't know if I'd like it to wanna do all that work lol. What does it taste like?

Just slice it thinly and fry in an oily pan. Salt and pepper, that's it. Tastes like eggplant.

Grilled eggplant with olive oil and Parmesan is top notch ! This time I didn't have Parmesan. The pizza was delicious, the eggplant gave some freshness and texture to a pizza that is otherwise a bit oily because of the cheese. I should adjust my cheese combination with something leaner for next time.
