A ceasefire used to rearm Ukraine would seem like a non starter for Russia.

Unless, there is signficant troop withdrawals: All of Kursk, Pokrovst, and even Zaporishia (sp). Dnipro river can be demanded as a border.

What treaty can Russia offer that anyone can credibly trust? They have broken scores of them over the years.

It's a complete lie that Russia is less honorable than west on treaties. Repeating it forever won't change "every accusation is a confession of demonism"

The western side of Minsk process behaved such that Russia can never trust them again.
