Very true. Also it's important that he wasn't killed by the police before his name and his story (or the one we're being given anyway) can get out and not get buried and forgotten.

It is fortunate both his skin color and bearing due to him being upper class allowed him to not be shot.

Most police pick up on the subtle body language of the classes in the USA, it’s not a race thing, which is a different variable triggering violence .
