I ride a GS so I appreciate bikes that have the engine mounted with the heads sticking out the sides!
I've always found the lateral V design to be an interesting choice.
I'd love to have been listening in on the conversation at the time. I'm sure cooling was part of it, but also existing design work and other elements surely played a part.
Ahh, I saw one of these posted when I was first looking to buy a bike and missed my opportunity to buy while I was researching it. Love my Bonneville but still wonder what might have been.
Sorry for the delay in responding. Moto Guzzi makes a nice bike, very traditional in a lot of respects. But like any ride, it must fit the rider. Hope you enjoy the Triumph.
