The partial veto that the Wisconsin governor can do is ridiculous. But it was ridiculous back when Tommy Thompson was doing it, too. If Republicans can use it, so can Democrats.

just a hunch, but i expect the assembly to start writing out in text form years all years, dates, money, and other numbers from now on.

Better be big enough or someone will argue that because of the 400 year raise they are not allowed to raise it anymore.
