Anyone's else having the same problem? Oh, and it's downloading updates to apps and THEN RUNNING THEM IMMEDIATELY. Like, not something I opened.

I'm on Lemmy and I get a message saying: "app has finished downloading and will open in a moment" and then whatever app just updated opens uncalled for!

WTF with this update!

samsung has a built in feature, that is considered a 7 year old "bug", where it changes options back that it doesnt like. your case seems to be a lot more complex. i would get the latest firmware update, reset the whole phone, do a debloat, and get everything up again one by one.

OK what phone? What android version? What google play version.

Usually when asking for support provide as much info as possible. If u wanna ask vague questions go to Dr GPT

My (s24) last update cause my phone to hang up immediately when placing outbound phone calls to any number until I resbooted it. That's all.
